Stewardship and Finance Commission:
The mission of the Finance Commission is to promote and foster Christian stewardship and to ensure the financial well-being of the church. The Commission supervises the collection of offerings at all services. The responsibilities of the Commission include but are not limited to the following: establishing an annual budget, handling record keeping for all income and expenditures, provide annual year end giving statements and depositing funds into the bank in a timely manner. (Malachi 3:10).

Steward Board:
The Steward Board’s mission is to attend to the spiritual needs of the church. They assist the Pastor and ministerial staff in carrying out the church program that foster and increase spiritual maturity in the body. The Stewards are nominated by the Pastor and confirmed by the Quarterly Conference. The members serve for one year, but they may be re-nominated annually. The Pastor is the chairperson of the Steward Board but Pastor can appoint a pro-tem to act in the absence of the Pastor. Each Steward is responsible for overseeing at least one Ministry within the church. (Luke 12:42-44)

Trustee Board
The Trustee Board’s mission is to support and enhance the worship experience of our members and guests by ensuring that the facilities of the church continue to reflect the humility, the splendor, the grace and the Omnipotent Spirit of our Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ. Board members will provide leadership necessary to maintain and improve the physical facilities of the church for the benefit of members, guests and the surrounding communities. (Psalms127:1)

Stewardess Board
The Board of Stewardesses of Quinn Chapel are responsible for preparing the church altar before each Sunday service, to ensure that the Communion linens and utensils are clean, and that the altar rail is dressed. During Sunday services—when they are required to dress in white garments for special visibility and to sit together at the front of the church, close to the altar—members of the Board of Stewardesses assist at the altar during Baptisms, prayers, confessions, and re-dedications.
Members of the Board of Stewardesses are nominated by a member of the Board of Stewards and approved by the Senior Pastor.

PASTOR AIDE:
Our Mission: To serve and be of support to the pastor and his family in all areas of their lives with the love God, ensuring their needs are met at all times.
Assist the pastor within the ministry serving as caretakers of the pastor and his family.  The purpose of the Pastor's aide committee is to provide service to the pastor ensuring that he is fully prepared, equipped and able to fulfill his responsibilities  in leading the congregation. The committee provides the support needed to the Pastor and his family, whether it is prayer, encouragement and to show love and gratitude to the family.  The Pastor's Aide Committee keeps track of the pastor's birthday anniversaries or any special occasion (Jeremiah 3:15)
